Stephanie Hand- For 20 years, Stephanie has been working in the area of online advertising for business-to-business media companies which provided a range of communication channels including magazines, marketing, and online media- websites, directories, newsletters, webcasts, podcasts, videos, and blogs.
Prior to joining The Beget team in August 2013, Stephanie began her career at Gordon Publications as an assistant editor and worked her way up to department supervisor. Through her tenure, she witnessed the company grow from Cahners Publishing to Reed Business Information, and finally to Advantage Business Media. She played a critical role in the company's online advertising development, witnessing the very first ad sold in 1995 to the company earning $3 million in online ad sales in 2007.
For five years with Advanstar Communications, Stephanie managed all aspects of online advertising for 7 publications, including the day-to-day operations of the online production team. She assisted in the development of new digital products that generated strong revenue growth and trained and supported sales teams to successfully position and sell across multimedia platforms.
Stephanie is a strategic, creative, business-driven online advertising executive with experience helping companies enhance their online advertising programs, streamline interactive operations, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers.
